Allow us to introduce ourselves and tell  the story of the founding of the Nyári Konyha, which is the newest and most sophisticated street food place in Paks.  

We have two different styles of catering in the city, which I'm sure many of you already know. One of them is the Placc Bistro, a family-style restaurant with a large terrace and an ever-expanding menu up on the hill, as the Paks's person would say. The other is the Black Rose Pub & Restaurant, which aims to be a quality bar with an extremely wide selection of drinks and premium food. But we thought that for those who have less time, or just want to grab a bite to eat, we've created a street food place that offers the quality you've come to expect from our company at affordable prices. This is what the Nyári Konyha has become.

Quality is perhaps one of the most important principles we follow, and we never compromise on that. Everything is made locally, in-house, so we can provide a taste experience at home. Our hot dogs are made from home-made sausages, our pasta is kneaded in-house, our sauces are made from our own recipe, and even our guests can watch the grilled chicken cooking outside on the terrace. Of course, you can also order the famous trotters from Nyári Konyha, but the menu also includes burgers, hake, ribs, bean goulash, chilli beans and of course, you can't miss the pancakes. And the best part is that as well as eating on the spot, you can also order online and have it delivered.

We are firmly committed to environmental responsibility, serving our food on biodegradable eco paper trays, adding 100% compostable cutlery and ensuring our takeaway boxes are as sustainable as possible. We have also placed four large bins (food waste, paper, plastic, metal cans) on the terrace of the Summer Kitchen so that we can collect waste selectively after a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. In fact, plastic and metal bottles and cans must be squeezed beforehand using the tool provided and then placed in the appropriate separate container. We would like to ask all our current and future guests to do this. Thank you!
