DATA PROCESSING POLICY
ET-Solution, hereinafter referred to as the data controller or company, acknowledges that it is bound by the content of this statement,
but reserves the right to modify the statement, provided that it notifies its audience of any changes in a timely manner.
The data controller attaches the utmost importance to respecting the right of information self-determination of its customers.
Personal data are treated confidentially and all measures are taken to ensure their security.
Principles of data management:
Personal data may be processed if
a) the data subject consents (voluntary), or.
(b) it is ordered by law or by a local government decree on the basis of a law or a local government decree on the basis of a law or a local government decree on the basis of a local government decree for a purpose in the public interest (mandatory).

including in particular the purposes and legal basis of the processing, the identity of the controller and of the processor, and the duration of the processing,
the duration of the processing, and who may have access to the data. The information shall also cover the rights and remedies of the data subject with regard to the processing.
The unrestricted use of a general and unique identifier is prohibited.
Personal data processed
a) be collected and processed fairly and lawfully;
b) accurate, complete and, where necessary, up-to-date;
(c) be stored in a manner which ensures that the data subject can be identified only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are stored.
Transfers to EEA States shall be deemed to be transfers within the territory of Hungary.
Personal data may be transferred to a controller or processor in a third country only if the data subject has given his or her explicit consent,
or is permitted by law, and the third country ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data when processing the data transferred.
Scope of personal data
The processing is based on voluntary consent.
Please note that if you do not provide your own personal data, it is the responsibility of the data provider to obtain the consent of the data subject.
The data processed include e-mail addresses, passwords, first and last names, telephone numbers, company names, date and time of registration.
Deadline for deletion of data: ten years from the last registration, and in the case of consent to receive the newsletter, until the consent is withdrawn.
Accounting records are kept for 8 years in accordance with Article 169 (2) of Act C of 2000 on Accounting.

The data controller will delete the received correspondence, together with the name and e-mail address of the sender and any other personal data voluntarily provided, after a maximum of five years from the date of the case.
Method of storage of personal data, security of processing

ET-Solution selects and operates the IT tools used to process personal data in the course of providing the service in such a way that the data processed:
a) accessible to those authorised to access it (availability);
b) its authenticity and authenticity are ensured (authenticity of processing);
(c) its integrity can be verified (data integrity);
(d) protected against unauthorised access (data confidentiality)

ET-Solution shall ensure the security of data processing by technical, organisational and organisational measures that provide a level of protection appropriate to the risks associated with the processing.
ET-Solution shall, in the course of processing, retain
a) confidentiality: it shall protect information so that only those who are entitled to access it have access to it;
b) integrity: to protect the accuracy and completeness of the information and the processing method;
(c) availability: ensures that the authorised user has effective access to the information required when he needs it and that the means to access it are available.
The IT systems and networks of ET-Solution and its partners are protected against computer fraud, espionage, sabotage, vandalism, fire and flooding, computer viruses, computer intrusions and denial of service attacks. The operator ensures security through server-level and application-level protection procedures.
Users are informed that electronic messages transmitted over the Internet, regardless of protocol (e-mail, web, ftp, etc.), are vulnerable to network threats that could lead to fraudulent activity, contract disputes, or the disclosure or modification of information. To protect against such threats, the provider will take all reasonable precautions. It shall monitor systems in order to record and provide evidence of any security incidents. System monitoring also allows the effectiveness of the precautions taken to be checked.

Legal remedies
The data subject may request information about the processing of his/her personal data and may request the rectification or - except for data processing required by law - the erasure of his/her personal data as indicated at the time of collection.
At the request of the data subject, the controller shall provide information about the data processed by the controller or by a processor on its behalf, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing, the name and address of the processor (1162 Budapest Szénás u. 58. 1/2) and its activities related to the processing, as well as who is receiving or has received the data and for what purpose. The data controller shall provide the information in writing in an intelligible form within the shortest possible time from the date of the request, but not later than 30 days. Such information shall be provided free of charge if the person requesting the information has not already submitted a request for information to the controller in the current year in the same field.
ET-Solution shall erase personal data if the processing is unlawful, if the data subject requests it, if the purpose of the processing has ceased, or if the statutory time limit for storing the data has expired, or if a court or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information has ordered it.
ET-Solution shall notify the data subject of the rectification and erasure, as well as all those to whom the data were previously transmitted for processing. It shall refrain from such notification if this does not harm the legitimate interests of the data subject with regard to the purposes of the processing.
The data subject may object to the processing of his or her personal data where
(a) the processing (transfer) of the personal data is necessary for the purposes of the exercise of a right or legitimate interest pursued by the controller or the recipient, unless the processing is required by law;
b) the personal data are used or further processed for direct marketing, public opinion polling or scientific research purposes;
(c) the exercise of the right to object is otherwise permitted by law.
ET-Solution shall examine the objection within the shortest possible period of time from the date of the request, but not later than 15 days, and shall inform the applicant in writing of the outcome of the examination, with the simultaneous suspension of the processing. If the objection is justified, the controller shall cease the processing, including further collection and further transmission, and block the data and notify the objection and the action taken on the basis of the objection to all those to whom the personal data concerned by the objection have been previously disclosed and who are obliged to take measures to enforce the right to object.
If the data subject disagrees with the controller's decision, he or she may challenge it in court within 30 days of the notification.
ET-Solution may not delete the data of the data subject if the processing is ordered by law. However, the data may not be transferred to the data recipient if the controller has consented to the objection or if the court has ruled that the objection is justified.
The data subject may take legal action against the controller in the event of a breach of his or her rights. The court shall rule on the case out of turn.
ET-Solution shall compensate any damage caused to another party by unlawful processing of the data subject's data or by a breach of the requirements of technical data protection. The controller shall be exempt from liability if the damage was caused by an unavoidable cause outside the scope of the processing.
It shall not compensate the damage in so far as it was caused by the intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the injured party.

We inform our customers that the court, the prosecutor, the investigating authority, the law enforcement authority, the administrative authority, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, the Hungarian National Bank or other bodies authorised by law may contact the controller to provide information, to communicate or transfer data or to make documents available.
ET-Solution shall only disclose personal data to the authorities to the extent that and to the extent that the authorities have indicated the precise purpose and scope of the data, and only to the extent that is strictly necessary for the purpose of the request.
